Global Hunter Securities (GHS) is a broker dealer whose focus is on providing products and services to small- and micro-cap corporate and institutional clients. GHS offers full services in Equity Sales and Trading in addition to its Investment Banking operations.
The Institutional Sales & Trading Team at has an Immediate Opportunity to serve as: Institutional Sales within the two territories: Southwest (Texas - Dallas/Houston) and San Francisco/Pacific Northwest
The salesperson will report to his/her Team Leader and deal directly with publicly traded companies as well as Hedge Fund and Mutual Fund Managers, throughout China (specifically) Hong Kong. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities/ strategic relationships while generating accretive sales revenue.
To be considered a Candidate:
- MUST HAVE experience educational background including either a BA/BS
- Series 7, 63 NASD licensees; MBA /CFA are a plus
- Highly motivated, aggressive intellectual sales leader with a Strong, Savvy Professional/Committed Work Ethic
- Seasoned sales presentation skills
- Ability to build or adapt existing relationships
- Team Player with a “Go to Work” Positive attitude is a Must
- Ability to Manage Multiple Products/Projects with Varying Priorities
- Gel with a large team off various personalities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- NY Hours as well as Travel Required
